In Loving Memory of Joe R. Faulk, Jr.
With heavy hearts, we remember the life of Joe R. Faulk, Jr., who recently passed away. For more than eight years, Joe faithfully served as a care partner at Mission Northeast, where he found great joy in encouraging those in need, sharing God’s Word, and praying with the people he served. He also lovingly delivered food to the elderly in our community.
Joe’s faithful service, gentle spirit, and genuine love for others touched many lives at the mission. We are grateful for the years he gave so generously and for the lasting legacy of faith and kindness he leaves behind. We will miss him dearly and thank God for the blessing of having Joe as part of the Mission Northeast family.
A memorial service to celebrate Joe’s life will be held at Second Baptist North Campus (22770 US-59, Kingwood, TX 77339) on Saturday, September 19, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Mission Northeast, Samaritan’s Purse, or the charity of your choice in his memory.

- Pray for Joe’s family and friends as they mourn. Pray for the volunteers and staff at Mission Northeast as we remember a man who was a friend and a core member of this family.
- Pray for the annual fundraiser. Pray that the details come together, that many people are able to attend, and that God opens hearts to help Mission Northeast.
- Pray for continued provision. Pray that God would continue to provide the food, clothing, resources, and financial support needed to serve well.
- Pray that our work reflects God’s love. Ask that our words, attitudes, and actions would show kindness, patience, and grace.
